         (1) surveillance and patrolling of premises (office building, Residence of the Head of Delegation and Expatriates accommodation) of the Delegation to avoid intrusion and attack of persons and their belongings;

         (2) access control of the premises by visitors;

         (3) communication between the premises by means of a UHF/VHF radio network linking premises and persons to a central operations centre to be manned by operations from the security company;

         (4) GPS tracking;
